The Promise You Can't Afford to Break

Last week, I had a coaching call with Jake, one of my athletes preparing for military selection. He'd just worked two straight weeks of extra shifts covering for a coworker, putting in 7-hour days instead of his usual 4-hour shifts. Most people would use this as an excuse to skip training.

3. Build on Success: Each kept promise creates momentum for the next. Miss one? Reset immediately and get back to building.
