Training Confusion Decoded: What You Really Need to Know

I used to feel completely lost when it came to knowing how to train for my goals. The more I researched, the more confused I became.

  • Do I need a push-pull-legs split?

  • Is full-body the way to go?

  • Should I be focusing on high reps as a female or multiple heavy sets with low rep ranges?

The options were endless, and it felt like everyone had a different opinion.

It wasn’t until I ditched the shiny object syndrome and stopped chasing the latest “Influencer trends” that things started to click into place. 

It all comes down to the basics: 

  • How hard do you train?

  • Do you put mediocre effort into each set and just add more sets to make up for it? 

  • Do you actually prioritize your recovery? Getting 6 hours of sleep a night and skipping rest days is a fast way to keep chasing your tail. 

  • Do you track your progress or are you just guessing every session?
