If you’re constantly under stress, your body’s response to those things gets blunted.

It’s like trying to PR your deadlift on 3 hours of sleep and no caffeine.
Technically possible. But probably not happening.

So if you’re stuck, and nothing “looks wrong” on paper… it might be time to zoom out.

Stress isn’t something to eliminate — it’s something to manage.
