Whatever way you choose to approach the big meals ahead, just know that they’re just a blip in your health endeavors! Where people struggle are all the days in between! It’s not those 3-5 big meals that set you back, but rather the not so obvious to blame leftovers, snacking, holiday treats, reduction in activity etc. that catches up to everyone.
Listen, we've all been there - we're super busy and don't know exactly what we can do in the moment to make the right choice. We know it's not complicated, but it can be the hardest decision in the world when we're bombarded with information.
Listen, I am all for making your home a comfortable and calm place to be and if making your bed helps you feel that way, then by all means, make it, but to tout making your bed as the key to a productive, happy and successful life is completely asinine.
